The team behind every great day at CST.
Employee of the
Year.
Awarded at the year-end ceremony, June 2026.
One colleague. One year. One honour that recognizes everything CST asks of its staff — teaching distinction or operational excellence, professional integrity, leadership among peers, and a contribution to the school community that goes beyond the role description.
The Employee of the Year embodies
- Professional excellence — sustained, not occasional
- Integrity — the same standards in private as in public
- Leadership — raising peers, not standing above them
- Contribution — the school is better for them having served
The single most consequential staff honour the school awards.
Ten awards. One ceremony at the end of the year.
The Aspire, Strive, Achieve ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year takes place this June 2026. Recipients will be announced and published here following the ceremony.

Curious about our full team?
Recognition celebrates one teacher each month. The full faculty — twenty-five educators trained across four continents — is what makes the school work, every day.
