Three specialist laboratories where the science curriculum is something students do with their hands, not only read about.
Biology Lab
A dedicated biology laboratory with microscopes, specimen models, and prep space for dissection, microscopy, and live experiments, where students meet the practical side of the science curriculum.
Chemistry Lab
A fully-equipped chemistry lab with fume extraction, proper benches, and a managed chemical store, so students run titrations, reactions, and analysis safely and hands-on, not only on paper.
Physics Lab
A physics laboratory stocked for mechanics, electricity, optics, and measurement, letting students test the laws they study, from circuits and forces to waves and energy.
The calm center
of the school.
A quiet, light-filled library with curated print and digital collections, comfortable reading nooks, and research support always on hand, the calm center of the school, where reading for pleasure and serious study sit side by side. From picture books for our youngest readers to reference material for senior research projects, the collection grows with our students at every stage.
It is far more than a room of books. Regular class visits build a genuine reading culture, students learn to find the right source and cite it well, and quiet corners give everyone space to think, work, and lose themselves in a good story. For many, it becomes the place they return to all week, to study between lessons, meet for a group project, or simply read.
Where ideas
become things.
CST’s makerspace for design, robotics, and engineering. 3D printers, electronics, and build kits give students what they need to take an idea from a rough sketch to a working prototype, testing, breaking, and rebuilding it until it does what they imagined. It is also home to the school’s FLL and FTC robotics teams.
This is where the maths and science of the classroom turn into something students can hold. They learn to design with intent, to write the code that makes a machine move, and to work through problems the way engineers do, together, by trial and revision. Whether they are building for a competition or chasing an idea of their own, the lab rewards curiosity, patience, and the confidence to try again.

CST Studio
A media and content studio with professional lighting and backdrops, where students and staff produce photography, video, and the school's own visual storytelling.
Podcast Studio
An acoustically-treated recording space with microphones and a mixing setup, where students plan, record, and edit their own podcasts, building real confidence in voice, interview, and audio production.
VR Lab
A virtual-reality lab that takes students inside places a textbook can only describe, from the human body to historical sites and outer space, turning abstract lessons into immersive, first-hand exploration.
Friday at the Gymnasium
Every Friday, all CST students travel to our partner gymnasium for a full physical-education programme in professional-grade facilities, a dedicated day for movement, built right into the timetable rather than squeezed around the edges of it. From our youngest pupils to our seniors, every child gets real time and space to be active, every single week.
Under qualified professional coaches, students train across football, tennis, swimming, badminton, and basketball, building proper technique, teamwork, and good sportsmanship along the way. It gives the week a healthy rhythm: a clear, deliberate break from the desk that leaves students energised, balanced, and ready to learn.
Fresh food, made on campus.
Three on-campus meals a day, cooked in our own kitchen and shared in one hall, from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
A warm start, every morning.
Eggs, porridge, or a hot grain, with fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, and tea or milk. Served before the first lesson so every student begins the day fed.
A complete hot meal.
Protein, a grain or starch, two vegetables, and a salad station. Soup at least three days a week. A vegetarian main is offered alongside the standard menu every day.
A bridge, not a meal.
Fruit, a baked item, or a savoury portion at mid-morning. A lighter version in the afternoon for students staying for clubs and academic support. Designed to bridge energy gaps without spoiling appetite.

School food shapes a child’s relationship with eating for life, their appetite, their preferences, their understanding of what real food looks and tastes like. We are not willing to outsource a decision that matters this much.
Our Dining Services Manager runs the kitchen as an integrated part of the school, not a contracted service. The cooks know the children. The children know the cooks. That relationship matters, and we have built the program to preserve it.
My favorite space changes with the year, the lab, the studio, the field. What never changes is that something here always feels like mine.
