Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.

Teach Math, English, and Social Studies classes to students, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Assess student learning through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Utilize technology and educational resources effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.

Establish clear expectations for student behavior and maintain discipline in the classroom, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and foster effective partnerships.
