Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the
curriculum guidelines and educational standards
● Teach math, english, social studies classes to students, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and
techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
● Assess student learning through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations,
providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
● Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student
participation, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
● Utilize technology and educational resources effectively to enhance student learning
and engagement.
● Establish clear expectations for student behavior and maintain discipline in the
classroom, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
● Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on
student progress, address concerns, and foster effective partnerships.
● Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
● Valid teaching certification or license in primary education.
● Familiarity with current educational technology and resources.
● Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
● Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
● Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
● Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best
practices.
Experience:
● Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
● Experience working with international or diverse student populations is a plus.
● Experience integrating technology into instruction is desirable.
● IB, American, and Canadian curriculum experience (preferred)
