To enroll at the Canadian School of Tashkent, the following criteria must be met:

If you decide to enrol your child at the Canadian School of Tashkent, you will be asked to complete our admission application form. It is important to provide a completed application form along with the required documents such as the passport copy and report card.

The application form is available online at our website and at the school's Office of Admissions.


Once a completed application has been received along with the required documents, a member of the admission team will contact you for an enrolment interview or assessment.

The parent and enrolling student are required to attend the interview with a school administrator. Our knowledgeable admission team will review the application and assess the student's eligibility against the admission requirements.


The School Principal will decide on the outcome of the enrolment application. We will notify the parents in writing within 48 hours completing the interview and/or assessment of their successful or unsuccessful application.


Once students are successfully enrolled into our school, our admission team will guide the parents about the next steps in the admission process. Parents will receive detailed information and guidance about the uniforms, tuition and fees, digital NEXT STEPS equipment, and start of the school.

What curriculum does the Canadian School of Tashkent teach?
We implement Canadian and international curriculum which is customized to the context in Uzbekistan. In addition, we use the digital content developed by McGraw-Hill, one of the world’s leading publishers to help our students forge their own learning paths.
What is the medium of instruction?
The medium of instruction at the Canadian School of Tashkent (CST) is English language.
What age group does the CST cater to?
What is the maximum number of students in each class?
The maximum number of students for each class is 20.
Does the CST accept children who do not speak English or have a basic understanding of the English language?
Yes, we accept children who do not speak English or who have a basic level. The CST will assess each student and enroll them in English as a Second Language (ESL) programs free of charge to help them improve their language skills, as required.
What other languages are available?
In addition to the English language, our curriculum includes Uzbek and Russian languages. Additional foreign language classes such as Arabic and French may be taught free of cost as per students' interests.
Are there any tuition fee discounts available?
Yes, we provide several discount opportunities for the students. These include family and friends discounts, financial assistance, corporate discounts, and lump sum payment discount among others. No, we are pleased to offer the 1:1 digital devices, and both print & digital books free of any cost to our students.
Does the CST offer meals and snacks to students?
Yes, our students can enjoy healthy, delicious meals and snacks prepared by our experienced cafeteria staff. We offer breakfast, lunch and two-time snacks each day. Our cafeteria offers daily vegetarian dishes, a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and fewer sugary snacks and drinks - all prepared according to the Canadian nutrition standards developed for schools. 100% of the cafeteria fees is directed towards ensuring healthy meals and snacks for the students.
Who are the teachers at the Canadian School of Tashkent?
We are proud to have some of the experienced and qualified pool of teachers, many of whom have master's degrees with several years of national and international teaching experience. Our expatriate teachers come from Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa
What are the school hours?
The School starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 3:30 PM. The afterschool programs run from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Does the school offer any after-school activities or clubs?
Yes, we offer several after-school programs and clubs free of cost to our interested students. These activities are held from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. From sports to skills learning and club activities, we design activities according to students’ interests and parents’ requests. The final list of after-school activities will be published on our website in September 2022.
What safety and security measures are in place at the School?
Ensuring the safety and security of the CST community is our most important priority. In addition to meeting the Ministry of Education’s safety standards, we employ professional security guards, advanced surveillance technology, fire protection system, health clinic, and a robust safety-first approach as part of our Safety and Security Policy and Procedures.
